Relating LC3 microstructure, surface resistivity and compressive strength development

Concrete surface resistivity can be measured non-destructively, providing an indirect measurement of microstructural development which related to strength development. However, relating and challenging for limestone calcined clay cements (LC3) since they contain mineral components varying composition reactivity. In this study LC3 formulations, concrete until 56 days hydration mortar compressive at 3, 7, 28 were investigated explore the relationship between these properties while examining influence mixture proportioning, particle size gypsum dosage on Microstructural blends was also assessed by thermogravimetric analysis formation factor. The results suggest a strong logarithmic development, both predicted portlandite consumption. These correlations allow prediction later-age based early-age
